Wir können sehr gut Ihre Unsicherheit bei den steigenden Infektionszahlen verstehen.
Wir haben ein Hygienekonzept umgesetzt, dass über dem geforderten gesetzlichen Rahmen liegt. Mit mehr als 15.000 m2 sind die Flächen für die Aussteller und Besucher in einem der modernsten Veranstaltungs-Centern der Welt und einer Luftumwälzanlage nahezu verdoppelt. Damit konnten wir viele Freiflächen zum Austausch mit Abstand und entsprechendem Freiraum für Besucher und Kongressteilnehmer schaffen. Auch der Kongressbereich wurde vergrößert und bietet sowohl Sprechern als auch Kongressteilnehmern einen großen Abstand.
Wesentliche Eckpfeiler für eine sichere BIM World MUNICH 2021 sind:

- Abstands- und Hygieneregeln sowie FFP2 Maskenpflicht auf dem gesamten Messegelände, sofern der Mindestabstand nicht eingehalten werden kann
- Digitale Registrierungs- und Zutrittssysteme, lückenlose Kontaktnachverfolgung, Flächen- und Kapazitätsmanagement und Besucherlenkung.

We have implemented a hygiene concept that is above the required legal framework. With more than 15,000 m2, we have almost doubled our space for exhibitors and visitors. This enabled us to create a lot of open space for exchange at a distance and appropriate space for visitors and congress participants. The congress area has also been greatly enlarged and offers both speakers and congress participants a large amount of space.
The wide corridors as well as the distance options in combination with one of the most modern event centers in the world and an air circulation system that is designed for a multiple of participants, you can realize an event like BIM World MUNICH with a clear conscience even with the current infection situation.
The essential cornerstones for a safe BIM World MUNICH 2021 are:
