Michael Bussmann

Michael Bussmann is CEO of BENO Holding AG, a listed asset manager and portfolio holder based in Munich that specializes in light industrial real estate. A focus of his expertise is on the automation and digitalization of real estate for optimized data analysis, planning and implementation of transactions, resource management as well as maintenance and repair. After studying economics in Hamburg and Munich, he started in corporate finance with Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner, where he supported mid-cap IPOs. He later set up a specialized consulting boutique for real estate fund restructuring and IPOs, founded a property development company with Baywobau and, together with GCI, brought Traumhaus AG public. He has in-depth experience as a shareholder, manager and supervisory board member in medium-sized companies.
