1. Stand planning

Technical Details

The following is included in the exhibitor package:

  • assigned space in the exhibition area (construction height 2.50m)
  • grey carpeting
  • partitions
  • signature banner (lettering is included, max. 10 characters)
  • spotlights (see individual planning by Meplan)
  • stand cleaning

Please note that the hanging of posters or any other types of visual material to the partitions is only allowed if it is not marking, scratching or damaging the partition walls.

1.1 Electricity

Electricity is not included in your exhibitor package, therefore please order a Main Electrical Connection via the webshop of Messe München.

After registering as an exhibitor, you receive a registration link from Messe München via e-mail.

Please register as indicated in the mail and order your necessary main electrical connection.

Additional Information:

  • The registration mails were sent from the address no-reply@messe-muenchen.de
  • One person per company has been registered for the webshop
  • Additional colleagues can be authorised for the webshop. How to assign an authorisation can be found in the FAQ`s at the bottom left of the webshop.
  • The webshop also includes other services such as internet connections, catering, set-up helpers or stand monitoring.

1.2 Stand sign

Please order your stand sign directly via our service partner Meplan. You can choose between 2 options:

  • stand caption black & white max. 10 characters (price included in stand module)
  • logo color (164,92 EUR)

1.3 Stand equipment (furniture, graphics, displays etc.)

Furniture (table, chairs, etc.,) graphics or displays are not included in the exhibitor package. Exhibitors can bring their own installations, or they can order directly with our service partner MEPLAN via the online order shop (at the expense of the exhibitor):

The order deadline for the Meplan webshop has expired.

Conditions

  • Furniture is delivered directly to the booth before the event and picked up after the event;
  • The invoicing will be done by MEPLAN;
  • All inquiries and questions, specifically related to furniture & graphics & displays, as well as general questions about the stand modules should be directly addressed to MEPLAN. Please do not forget to mention that you are an exhibitor of the BIM World MUNICH.

1.3 Own Stand Builder

Please inform us if you want to build your stand with your own stand builder.

In order to coordinate our stand planning and organization, please send a plan of your stand to c.kilic@bim-world.de by Oktober 4th, so that we can check the alignment with all regulations.

2. Exhibitor directory & co-exhibitor registration

2.1 Exhibitor Categories

In order to provide you with the best experience and a successful event, we have set up filter categories on our website. These filters allow website visitors to find your company more easily and create the advantage for you of a high visibility for people interested in your company. Therefore, please complete the following form:

2.2 Co-Exhibitor

If you want to exhibit together with another company, please register the company via our co-exhibitor form below. The company will also be listed in the visitor guide and on our website.

The deadline is October 18th.

Please note that the media fee (495 EUR) is also due for co-exhibitors.

3.3 BIM Studio 365

BIM Studio 365 is the BIM World MUNICH video channel, which provides insights in the latest developments of our international BIM ecosystem. Thought leaders, experts and startups present their latest products, services and breakthroughs of the construction, real estate and urban planning industry.

As an exhibitor you have the possibility to present your company at our Studio to our whole network. Check out the Communication Options we have and be present 365 days per year to the BIM World community.

4. BIMWorldScan App

With this app you can scan the badges of our visitors with one click and save the contact information in the app. An export of the scanned contacts can be sent to you via e-mail.

  • App only for IOS devices
  • You will receive the log-in details from us after booking
  • Download the app from the App Store

The price is 190 EUR* (for 2 licences = 2 users, no individual licences are offered).

5. What else you need to know

  • During the event you should not place any items in the corridors or hallways outside your stand.
  • Please note that your branding and the placement of advertising materials, such as roll-ups or flyers, are not allowed outside your stand area.
  • For bookings or consultations, you can also contact us on-site at the VIP counter. No booth location will be pre-reserved from the previous year. The “first come, first served” principle applies!
  • If you plan to hold a get-together or similar event at your booth on the evening of the first day, please note that this is only permitted after 6 p.m.
