Marmormolen – Copenhagen’s largest timber construction

Marmormolen, located in Copenhagen’s Nordhavn district will be the city’s largest timber building.
The design for the 28,000 m2, 8 story multi-use building combines modern workspaces, shops and restaurants.
Situated on the waterfront, Marmormolen is at an intersection of greenspaces and urban life, surrounded by green urban space on three out of four sides, between a green plaza to the south and a future waterfront park. The rooftop will also feature lush rooftop gardens, enhancing local biodiversity, housing beehives and vegetable production.
