About
Sylvain is an experienced real estate professional with a Master’s in Civil Engineering and an Executive Master as a Real Estate Economist. He has over 10 years in property development, managing multi-family and office projects up to 100,000 m² in France and Germany. He currently serves as Managing Director of the Leonhard Obermeyer Center and is Pursuing a Ph.D. at TUM, researching the application of Large Language Models for Information Search in the Built Environment.
